1. Who we are

Vivian Dolor ("we", "us", "our") is an independent digital creator based in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines. This website is iamvivi.com (the "Site").

2. Agreement to these terms

By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you contact us about a brand partnership, our Brand Partnership Conditions also apply to that relationship. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

3. Using the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to

  • copy, scrape, or download content in bulk;
  • use bots or automated tools to access the Site, except for search engines that follow our robots.txt;
  • try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
  • use the Site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content;
  • remove or alter any copyright notice, watermark, or credit;
  • pass off our content as your own, or imply that we endorse you without our written permission.

We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Our content and intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by Vivian Dolor or licensed to us. This includes photos, videos, text, captions, graphics, logos, the Vivian Dolor name, audio, and the design of the Site. It is protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293) and international copyright law.

All rights reserved. Unless we say otherwise in writing

  • you may not reproduce, download, edit, crop, republish, or redistribute our photos or videos;
  • you may not use any image, video, or text from the Site for commercial purposes, including in advertising, listings, brochures, print, resale, or on your own website or social accounts;
  • you may not use our content to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

What you can do. Share a link to a page, or use the built-in share buttons on our social posts. Short quotes with clear credit and a link back are fine for reviews, commentary, or news reporting, in line with fair use under Philippine law.

Licensing. We license our photos and videos for editorial, tourism, and commercial use. Email fernandoviviandolor@gmail.com with the image or video, the intended use, the territory, and the duration, and we will send a quote.

5. Your submissions

The Site includes a brand-inquiry form and a newsletter signup. When you submit a message, you confirm that

  • the information is true and you are allowed to share it;
  • it does not contain anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing.

We use your submission only to reply to you and manage the enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your submission. Sending an inquiry does not create a partnership, a contract, or an obligation on either side. A partnership begins only when both sides sign a written agreement.

If you send unsolicited ideas, pitches, or feedback, you agree that we may use them freely and without payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Travel information and general disclaimers

We share travel tips, itineraries, prices, opening hours, and recommendations based on our own experience at the time. Things change quickly in Palawan. Weather, boat schedules, permits, fees, and tour operators all shift. Always confirm details with the operator, local government unit, or official tourism office before you book or travel.

Nothing on the Site is professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or safety advice). Activities such as island-hopping, diving, hiking, and caving carry real risks. You are responsible for your own decisions, preparation, insurance, and safety.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

7. Affiliate links and sponsored content

Some links on the Site are affiliate links (for example TikTok Shop or Amazon-style programs). If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. 8. Third-party links and embedded content

The Site links to, and may embed, content from other services, such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, booking sites, and shops. We do not control those services. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content;
  • our total liability to you for any claim connected to the Site will not exceed PHP 5,000 or the amount you paid us for the relevant service, whichever is higher.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the statutory rights that your local law gives you.

10. Indemnity

If you break these Terms or misuse our content, you agree to cover any reasonable costs, losses, or claims we suffer as a result, including reasonable legal fees.

11. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change or remove any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new Terms. For material changes, we will post a notice on the Site.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a dispute arises, please email us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. If that fails, the courts of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and (where relevant) the Brand Partnership Conditions are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
